Tom Bassett-Dilley Architect, Ltd. was founded in 2006 to pursue sustainability and a contemporary vernacular approach to design. Our mission is to help bring about a clean energy future by creating beautiful, ultra-efficient, and healthy environments for our clients. Inspired by Nature, we aim to integrate performance and esthetics through Passive and Biophilic design. We are leaders in the field of Passive House design and building science, and bring our expertise to bear on a wide range of project types, from new homes to historic retrofits and renovations.
Tom Bassett-Dilley, FAIA, CPHC, is past president of the Passive House Alliance Chicago and past Chair of the Oak Park Historic Preservation Commission.
