About Us

HJKessler Associates, Inc. is a sustainable design and energy efficiency consulting professional services firm. We are a licensed architecture firm whose clients include owners, architects, developers, contractors and other design professionals. We have participated as sustainability consultant, LEED team administrator, energy consultant and/or commissioning consultant on dozens of LEED projects, many of which are now certified. We promote an integrative approach to the design of high-performance and resource-effective buildings and communities. Our process begins with an eco-charrette at the concept design phase, where we advocate ideas that transcend the LEED checklists to produce projects that meet broad sustainability objectives. We participate on project teams through completion of construction to assist with achievement of sustainability goals. We bring value to our clients’ projects by recommending cost-effective solutions to minimize the use of resources while creating highly productive and efficient environments.
